The staff especially we’re very nice and friendly and the service was good especially salma who was one of the cleaning staff she did a great job of maintaining the room and went above and beyond when not necessary to do her job. So kudos to her she is very much appreciated. Also staff at reception was nice and friendly

I want to thank Miss Chaima for cleaning the room very well. She deserves all the respect and appreciation for that. She is talented. I wish her all thanks and success in the future. She cleaned room number 338 very well.

Excellent facilities, staff were very helpful, polite and professional

Huge, family room, double bed and two sofa beds that were very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price paid and was a buffet continental breakfast, tea/coffe, juices, large selection of pastries, scrambled eggs, toast, fruits, all waiting staff very polite at all times. Currency exchange is across the road, and mini shop and taxi stand. All hotel staff always polite and helpful. We arranged a tour via hotel tour guide to Oureka Valley and visit to a Berber Village, fantastic day. Also tried the buffet dinner on one eveing, but had to pay as we didn't book it with the room. Cost of buffet dinner came to 140MAD per person. The food was all made to the highest standards, meat dishes, large selection of salads, soup, amazing desserts, really enjoyable

The family room was very spacious with two bathrooms and adjoining rooms. Very clean. location very good to take a taxi into Marrakesh centre. They serve alcoholic beers (Casablanca)
